Shipping, Returns & Refunds


SHIPPING

  • UK Standard UK delivery (2-14 working days) 
  • International delivery (Approximately 5-14 working days)

In order to protect both parties we encourage you to refuse any delivery that may seem damaged or tampered with in any way. 

This includes any holes in the outer packaging or where the parcel may have been opened, ripped and re-taped. 

Once you have refused the delivery, please contact us immediately to resolve this issue and raise an investigation. 

Please be aware that we will not be held responsible for any package that is damaged or tampered with and then signed for by yourself.

If the courier has attempted delivery at the address you provided and your order is returned to us, through the order being refused no no-body present during various delivery attempts, you will be automatically issued a refund for your order minus any original delivery charges paid.

If you have provided insufficient address details and your order is subsequently returned to us, you will be automatically issued a refund for your order minus any original delivery charges paid.

You will have 14 days from receiving your order to report any issues such as damage or defects to the outer packaging or missing or damaged items within your order. We will not be held responsible for any issues reported after this period. When reporting these to us please ensure you have photographed the issue as we will ask for this to conduct our investigation. This does not affect the regular returns policy timescale.

While we endeavour to ship all orders placed before 3 PM on the same day we but we cannot guarantee this, especially during promotional periods. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, this email may also include your tracking information.

Please remember that all tracking numbers take a few hours (and sometimes up to 24 hours) to become active from the point of notification. This is because of the time delay between us packing and shipping an item and our delivery couriers updating their systems.

Parcels can be tracked on Royal Mail or DPD for domestic deliveries and DHL website for international deliveries. Simply click on  the link in your shipping confirmation email to track your delivery if it has been included. On occasions the tracking information may not be included depending on the courier.

All UK orders require a signature upon delivery.

RETURNS

Returning a Faulty Product 

You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us for a refund or exchange.
Before returning any faulty products, please email our customer service team on customerservice@swaggerlicious-clothing.com, providing images and the relative information, so that we can aim to get this resolved as quickly as possible. 

Upon Swaggerlicious receiving your faulty product, we will happily reimburse the returned postage cost.  

Returning a Wrongly Issued Item
If you are to receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please email our customer service department as soon as possible providing the full details of your order, so that we can get this matter resolved. 

You have 14 days to inform us if you wish to return an item. Our 14 days returns policy ensures you have an adequate amount of time to return a product for exchange or refund. We endeavour to process all refunds within a maximum 14 days from the date we receive the returned item(s). 

If you request a refund of the original purchase price, this will be issued back to the original payment method (excluding the original postage that has been paid).

On the rare occasion, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the time of receiving your item(s).

This returns policy applies to all our customers worldwide.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

You must comply with the following check points to enable receiving a refund or exchange:

  • We receive the returned product(s) within 14 days from the original date of delivery.
  • The returned product is unused and within its original packaging. All original labels intact and in a condition to resell the product.
  • You comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
  • None of the exclusions set out below apply.

IMPROPER RETURNS

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product) we will not refund or exchange the product.

We may retain the returned product until you pay a minimum £5.00 delivery charge amount in the case we have to re-deliver the returned product.

If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

Please note that we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on worn underwear or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

Please note ANY items returned covered in animal or human hair may NOT be exchanged or refunded.

Please make sure the item that you intend to return is not visibly worn, damaged, marked in any way with pen or grease, make-up, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable. All returned items must be unworn,  and in original and resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it fails to meet the above terms. 

If you return your item(s) beyond the 14 day period or what we deem to be a non-sellable condition, we will hold the item(s) until a minimum of £4.50 returns postage charge is paid to have this dispatched back to you. 

EXCHANGES

Product exchanges are currently not possible, but you do have the option of returning your items. In order to get another product, colour or size, you will have to place a new order. However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please email us for assistance.

If returning footwear, please make sure the box is well protected, as the box is part of the product. Any footwear returned without a box could result in the return being refused. 

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges. Swaggerlicious is not responsible for any return custom charges made. 

Please note return postage charges are non refundable unless your order is faulty or incorrect. 

Please ensure you enclose your name, address, contact details and order number with your returned item(s).  Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, ensuring your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. 

REFUNDS

All returned items must be unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it fails to meet the above terms. 

We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days of receiving your returned order. Once we authorise a refund your bank can take between 2-5 working days to show this in your account, we're really sorry but we have no control over your banks return transaction processing policy and we have no way of speeding up your bank. If you feel we have not acted within the stated timescale in issuing your refund, please email our customer service team on customerservice@swaggerlicious-clothing.com who will assist you further.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, ensuring your items are well packaged and you take a note of the tracking number, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges. Swaggerlicious is not responsible for any return custom charges made. 

A refund will be issued for the full price of any product that is returned to us in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original postage charge and excluding the costs of returning a product to us).

Unless the item is deemed faulty and a fault of Swaggerlicious, the cost of postage will be deducted from any refund, even during postage offers.

Please note: Failure to follow this process may cause delays in processing your refund. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of your order. The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department.
